Stitches & Craft Volunteer callout

by craftapalooza on March 19, 2010

in Community

This one is for Australian residents only…The Stitches & Craft Show needs volunteers for various shows. Volunteers get a free Stitches tote bag and 2 free tickets. You will be required to work a minimum of one full day and name badge will also be supplied. A great way to be involved in your local crafty community and share your skills with other likeminded crafters!

Interested? Here are the dates and what they’re looking for:

Sydney 14 – 18 April  – 2-3 people for the Embroidery Craft bar

Canberra 22 to 25 April – 2-3 people for the Embroidery Craft bar, Knitting or Crochet skills

Melbourne 5 to 9 May – need 2-3 on the Knitting bar. Need to know how to crochet but not critical as there will be other volunteers to assist,

If you are interested then email enquiriesATstitchesandcraft.com.au to let them know you would like to participate.

The Stitches & Craft Show peeps have also given Whipup 4 tickets to giveaway to attend one of the shows. To enter just leave a comment on this post and we’ll close entries in a couple of days and randomly draw the winners.

I won’t have time to volunteer, this pesky thing known as a day job, but I would love to win tickets to go visit the show.

Love to volunteer, BUT I’m a quilter; don’t even know how to hold a crochet hook. Still keen to go to the show when it comes to Melbourne, though!

I LOVE LOVE the show!! I will be attending Melbourne, and would love free tickets, as I have to travel from two hours away, it ends up getting quite costly after my spending at the show!! :)
